The amenities were quite decent, but the
room lacked some comfort. The full kitchenette was useful for preparing small meals, though I wish the bedding was more comfortable. The staff provided helpful recommendations for local attractions, which added to the experience.

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed some time binge-watching our favorite shows with the satellite programming. Plus, the web surfing was a bonus for planning our outings. We explored nearby attractions and grabbed some good food! Definitely a nice spot for a group vacation.
One downside was we encountered some noise from other guests outside, which made it hard to sleep at times. But overall, it didn't ruin our fun.

Recommend it for families with pets
I brought my dog along, and it was such a relief to find a hotel that actually welcomed pets! The staff made sure to give me all the info I needed for local parks and dog-friendly spots.
The price was a bit steep for what you get, but it’s acceptable considering the whole experience.

The room featured convenient amenities like a mini-fridge and a two-burner stove, making it suitable for longer stays. The hotel's location was peaceful, and I appreciated being just a short walk from shops and restaurants.
The Wi-Fi connection was slower than expected during my stay.

missingWrote a review on Jul 11breakfast optionsfriendly lobby staffunclean roomfrustrating check-inpoor maintenance
The lobby experience started off poorly with an unattended staff member holding a baby. The room was far from clean, showing signs of neglect with cobwebs and hair on the bathroom floor. Additionally, the key card malfunctioned multiple times, leading to a very frustrating check-in process. On a slightly positive note, guests did mention enjoying bagels at breakfast, which I did not get a chance to try myself.

missingWrote a review on Jun 05spacious roomtwo-burner stoveconvenient locationpoor cleanliness
The kitchen includes a two-burner stove, perfect for cooking a meal during an extended stay. The layout of the room is quite spacious, offering ample area to move around, even with a dog. The hotel provides easy access to nearby shops and restaurants, making it convenient for quick trips.
The cleanliness left much to be desired. I spotted grime on the walls and the bedding had noticeable stains. The heating unit's placement caused the curtains to billow around annoyingly, making it feel even more uncomfortable. Additionally, bring your own hair dryer since they don’t provide one, and the only coffee option available in the morning is one packet unless you're willing to pay for more.

It was just a balanced option for a short visit in Bartlett with good value. The staff was surprisingly friendly and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. Bring your own hair dryer, as they don’t provide one.

Decent stay, but some issues
The room was pretty spacious, and I loved that it was pet-friendly! The staff were chill and answered my questions. Had a hard time with the wifi, though, it was kinda slow. And the coffee situation was a bummer, only one packet per day? Just bring your own stuff.

The Queen Room was surprisingly spacious, featuring a full kitchenette with a large refrigerator, which made cooking and storing snacks super convenient. I appreciated the ample dresser space and hanging closet, allowing me to easily organize my belongings throughout my stay.
The Wi-Fi was really slow during my visit.

missingWrote a review on Feb 16bad smellfilthy carpet
The room was pretty rough. It had a bad smell that got worse when the heat was on. The TV was ancient, and the remote didn’t work. Also, the sink wouldn’t drain, and the carpet was filthy. Despite the initial promise of a decent room, it felt neglected with grime on the walls and stains on the bedding. I didn't feel comfortable at all.
